The apartments old school ac units leave your other rooms up to 90 degrees and the staff out side of maintenance are lazy. Neighbors are noisy and loud, lots of theft especially from laundry rooms on property.

The apartments themselves are in ok shape, but the area has a lot of thefts and homeless drug users around. They have a small park within the gates that my kids enjoy. Maintenance men are good and keep the place presentable. The ladies at the front desk are very unpleasant though. EDIT 1-10-20: I always overheard the younger front desk woman gossip about the residents, even about things unrelated to complex living. She has a sour attitude whenever she is dealing with residents and treats them like a bother. It's annoying and unprofessional, I'm glad I moved out of this place.
